Refund and Cancellations

Refund Policy

Customers can ask for a refund against any of their orders within 15 days of its date of delivery.

All refunds will be credited in the customers Chimpwear Wallet as store credits which you can use to shop at a

Guest user will need to register with the email address which they had used to place your order to access their Chimpwear wallet.

There will be no Refund, exchange or return on discount/sale items.

The refund procedure will be initiated within 48 hours once we receive the product and after a quality check has been done. Once initiated, the full amount will reflect in customer’s Chimpwear e-wallet as store credits.

Cancellation Policy

Customers can raise a cancellation request for items or orders by logging in and selecting the My Orders section.

In case a customer is not registered with us, they will need to Login using their registered email ID used for therr purchase to raise a cancellation request.

After submitting the cancellation request, we'll send the customer a confirmation mail along with the refund details to the registered e-mail address.

If the order is already shipped, we won’t be able to cancel it. However, the customer can refuse to accept the shipment and the amount will be refunded to their Chimpwear wallet usually, within 48-72 hours of refusal.

If the customer has accepted the shipment, they can return the product and the amount will be refunded in their Chimpwear wallet once the product is returned to us.

For prepaid orders, the refund amount will be added to the customer’s Chimpwear wallet.
