01. My Account & My Order
- 01.01. How do I place my order?
To place your order, follow these steps:
Browse through our products and choose something you like, select the appropriate size (refer to the size chart provided with every product) and click the ‘Add to Cart’ button. You can add multiple products to your cart.
Now that you have products in your cart, you can either continue shopping or confirm the order and proceed to checkout.
At checkout, fill in your shipping address, select your desired payment option and confirm your order.
In case you have already registered with us, you can go to the login page on the top right side of the page and login using your credentials.
- 01.02. How will I get confirmation that my Order has been placed successfully?
We'll send an email with your order confirmation and another email once your order is shipped out. Your order will be accepted and sent to you once your credit card/debit card and address details have been approved and verified. In case of COD, you will receive a phone call to reconfirm your order before we ship it out. Kindly ensure the contact number shared online is accurate.
- 01.03. How will I receive my Order?
We will ship your product/s to your shipping address as filled by you. Our tie ups with very efficient courier companies ensure timely deliveries of your order/s to your doorstep. All orders are delivered in fully sealed packages to protect your goods and to ensure that they reach you in perfect condition.
- 01.04. How can I check the status of my Order?
If you have a user account and were logged in when you placed your order, you can track the status of your order through your chimpwear.com account.
Once your order is placed, we will send you confirmation of your order details over email and sms. An SMS will be sent to you once your order is dispatched with an ETA so that you can receive the order or make arrangements for it accordingly.
In case of any unusual event which delays your order, you would receive a separate update from our end.
If you still face any issues, write to us at firstname.lastname@example.org and your issue will be addressed at the earliest.
- 01.05. I tried placing my order using my debit card/credit card/Net Banking. The order was not successful but my money was deducted. What happened?
Please re-check with your bank/credit card account to first ensure whether or not your account has been debited. If your account has been debited after a payment failure, it is normally rolled back by banks within 7 business days.

02. Cancellation & Related Queries
- 02.01. How do I cancel my order?
You can raise a cancellation request for items or orders by logging in and selecting the My Orders section.
In case you are not registered with us, you will need to Login using your registered email ID used for your purchase to raise a cancellation request.
After submitting the cancellation request, we'll send you a confirmation mail along with the refund details to the registered e-mail address.
If the order is already shipped, we won’t be able to cancel it. However, you can refuse to accept the shipment and the amount will be refunded to your Chimpwear wallet usually, within 48-72 hours of refusal.
If you have accepted the shipment, you can return the product and the amount will be refunded in your Chimpwear wallet once the product is returned to us.
For prepaid orders, the refund amount will be added to your Chimpwear wallet.

03. Payment Options
- 03.01. Are there any COD charges?
For all Domestic orders within India shipping charges will be Rs.50.
For Cash on Delivery orders, there is a convenience fee per shipment of Rs.49.
- 03.02. Is it safe to shop online if I make payment using net banking, Debit card or Credit Card?
All Credit Card, Debit Card and net banking transactions are processed over a secure encrypted connection.
- 03.03. Why am I not getting COD as an option on the payment page?
It means that the cash on delivery service is not available through our courier partners at your pincode. But, you can still opt for Net Banking or Credit/Debit Card payments.
- 03.04. Are there any hidden charges?
There are no hidden charges. All taxes are included in your Invoice. You pay only the amount that you see in your order summary.
- 03.05. What should I do if my payment fails?
Please check if the information passed on to payment gateway is accurate i.e. account details, billing address, password (for net banking) and that your Internet connection is not disrupted in the process.
However, if your account has been debited after a payment failure, it is normally rolled back to your bank account within 7 business days. For any further clarification, you can email us on email@example.com
04. Chimp Wallet
- 04.01. What is the Chimp Wallet?
The Wallet enables you to receive promotional credit and refunds. You may select the Wallet as the mode of payment while placing your Order, the corresponding amount will be deducted from your Wallet balance. The option of payment via Chimpwear wallet will be available on 'Payment Method' page of the checkout process.
You can check the balance of your Chimpwear wallet by:
- Log in in to your Chimpwear.com account.
- Go to the 'My Wallet' page on the 'My Account' section.
- 04.02. Is there any expiry date for wallet section?
Yes. Wallet Balance is subject to expire. Validity is 6 months from the date of purchase.
- 04.03. Can I transfer or en-cash my Wallet balance?
No. The Wallet is associated with your Chimpwear account only, and cannot be en-cashed or transferred to other accounts.
05. Shipping & Tracking
- 05.01. What is the Shipping Policy of Chimpwear?
We promise our customers a hassle free and reliable service. We take care of all factors that ensure your delivery reaches you efficiently and in perfect condition.
- 05.02. What is the delivery time period?
Delivery date is dependent on the product and delivery pincode. Typically, delivery takes anywhere from 3 to 10 working days depending on your pincode. Please note, actual delivery time may vary due to unexpected circumstances.
- 05.03. Do you apply any shipping charges?
For Domestic orders within India, shipping charges will be Rs.50.

06. Return & Exchange Policy
- 06.01. What is Chimpwear Return & Exchange Policy?
All products purchased from Chimpwear.com, except boxers and nightwear, are eligible for returns. Customers can return their order within 15 days of the order delivery.
All returns must be in unused condition with all original tags and packaging intact.
The product amount will be credited back to his/her Chimpwear.com wallet, once we have received the products and the quality check is completed.
To schedule a return, please fill in the Return Form which is available in the 'My Orders' section of your Chimpwear Account. The Reverse Pick up facility is available on limited pincodes.
If you choose to self-ship your returns, you are requested to pack the items securely to prevent any loss or damage during transit. For all self-shipped returns, we recommend you to do it through a reliable local courier service.
Exchange can be done once for each order within 30 days, for further exchange the customer needs to pay Rs.150/-
07. Refund Policy
- 07.01. What are the terms and conditions for refund?
You can ask for a refund against any of your orders within 15 days of its date of delivery.
All refunds will be credited in your Chimpwear Wallet as store credits which you can use to shop at Chimpwear.com
If you are a guest user you will need to register with the email address which you had used to place your order to access your Chimpwear wallet.

- 07.02. What are the rules for Courier charges refund?
This is applicable only when you self ship your return shipment to us.
Rs.100/- for shipment weighing up to 500gms will be added to Chimpwear wallet.
For every next 500gm slab, an additional amount of Rs.100/- will be added to the wallet.
In case if you want to return multiple products we request you to kindly raise a return request for each product.
Please make sure your courier costs do not exceed our cashback rates. We recommend use ‘Speed Post’ as your courier service.
Speed Post is a Government of India owned entity and has the most widely distributed postal network in India.
Courier refund rates are fixed and will not change depending on the courier service you choose to return the product.
- 07.03. How long does the refund procedure take?
The refund procedure will be initiated within 48 hours once we receive your product and after a quality check has been done. Once initiated, the amount will reflect in your Chimpwear e-wallet as store credits.
- 07.04. Where should I return my products?

- 07.05. I haven't received my refund yet. What should I do?
We update our customers through an email once we initiate the refund procedure.
If our last email states that we have initiated the refund procedure, kindly wait for the process to complete./p>

- 08.01. Will I automatically receive newsletters or emails from you after registration?
If you register with us, you are subscribed to our newsletter. If you don't wish to receive our newsletters, you can click on the unsubscribe link in the newsletter.
- 08.02. What should I do if I forget my password?
Just click on the 'Forgot Password' option and we will send it to you on your email address registered with us.
- 08.03. Do you accept bulk order?
No, we don't accept bulk orders.
- 08.04. Can I order customised t-shirts/products?
No, we do not make customised t-shirts/products.
- 08.05. I want to place an order but I don't want any price tag or invoice attached as it is a gift for someone. Is it possible?
Unfortunately, no! Due to the prevalent regulations, we are obliged to send an invoice along with the shipment. Tags are also left intact on the product so that they can be replaced if the recipient faces any issues.
- 08.06. Is there any trial and then purchase option available?
Since we sell only on our online fashion store, there is no try and buy option available. However, in order to assist you in picking the right size, we have size charts with body measurements featured on our product pages. For any queries please write to us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
- 08.07. I wish to add few more products in my order. Will this be possible?
Once you have confirmed the order and we have accepted it, you cannot add any more products to your order. You must create another order separately.
